Most things are quicker to sort out with the bar directly. For everything else, we read every email that comes in.

Call the bar. They are the ones with the room, the door and the tab, and they can fix it in a minute. We cannot let you in, change your table, or add to your tab — that is all theirs. Their number is on their page.

bookings@tablesntabs.comWe are a small team in Gainesville and we answer these ourselves, usually within a day. There is no phone line — we would rather tell you that than give you a number nobody picks up.
If it is about a booking, include your booking code. It looks like TNT-XXXX and it is in the email we sent you.
Questions we get
- Where is my booking?
- The link we emailed you shows it at any time — it is the one starting /b/ with your code. Nothing to log into. If the email never arrived, check spam, then email us with the bar and the date.
- How do I pay?
- You pay the bar directly, on their own payment link. Once they approve your request we send you that link. Tables n Tabs never takes or holds your money — we are not in the middle of it.
- Can I get a refund?
- That is the bar’s decision, on the bar’s terms, because the bar has your money and we never did. We genuinely cannot refund you — talk to them, and read their cancellation terms on their page before you book.
- The bar declined my request. Why?
- They do not have to say, and often it is just a full night. Nothing was charged. Try another night at the same bar, or another bar — and if the night is full, there is a button on it to be emailed if it frees up.
- Do I need to be 21?
- To buy a tab, yes, and you confirm that when you book. Everybody drinking has to be 21 and the bar checks ID at the door like anywhere else. Tables n Tabs does not sell alcohol — the bar does.
- I run a bar and want to list.
- Email us, or read how it works for bars. It costs nothing to list and we invoice commission monthly, after the fact.
- I want my data deleted.
- Email us from the address you booked with and say so. What we hold and what we do with it is set out in the privacy policy.
